It depends on the frames and lenses you choose. The calculation is as follows:

We apply a 10% discount to the sale price and divide the remaining amount into 24 monthly payments.

For example, for frames totaling €300, you pay €11.25 per month.

If you decide to keep them, you pay 3 more installments (around €34). You end up paying more or less the original price of the glasses, with all Calma™ services included during those 24 months.

Come to the store and we'll calculate it for you on the spot along with your eye exam.

Each month, we automatically charge the card you provide us.

Any combination of 2 or 3 frames: prescription, sunglasses, or both.

At least one must be prescription. The rest are up to you.

Yes. Each person has their own Calma™ with their frames, allowance, and calendar.

If you live together, you can also purchase it for another person. We will coordinate it with you in store.

Yes, from 14 years old. If younger, one of the parents or guardians contracts it as the holder.

We perform the adapted eye exam and together choose frames that suit you.

We'll explain everything at your leisure, perform a free eye exam, help you choose your frames and lenses, and activate your Calma™ on the same day.

Bring your valid ID or NIE and a card. Nothing else.

Once a year, starting from month 12.

If you don't use your change one year, it accumulates for the next. You change when your life changes.

No. Changing them is an option, not an obligation.

Some customers take advantage of it to update their style. Others prefer to keep their glasses for the entire period. You choose.

We'll replace your lenses free of charge.

We'll check them during your annual eye exam or when you visit a store. Included once a year.

Don't worry, we'll help you with Calm Coverage™. You only pay 3 monthly installments for the product.

For example, if the broken glasses cost €150, it would be about €17.

If they cannot be repaired, we will give you the same model or an equivalent one for 6 installments (about €34 in the same example).

We also help you with Cobertura Calma™. In this case, you pay 6 monthly installments for the product.

For example: if the lost glasses cost €150, replacing them would cost you around €34.

The idea is simple: an mishap won't interrupt you.

We will help you resolve it. If they have been stolen, we will need the police report.

Calma™ is rent-to-own: as long as you're subscribed, the glasses are ours, and if you want to keep them, you decide at the end or whenever you want.

This is what makes it possible to exchange, care for, and cover them throughout the entire process.

You're moving on to Make It Last™, a continuity phase with a 50% discount on your fee.

You're still covered, still using our services, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You can also buy your glasses, change frames, or end your membership.

The continuity phase of your Calma™, when the main period ends.

You pay half and keep the essentials: revisions, adjustments, maintenance, and accidental damage coverage. No commitment: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Your Calma™ plan has a minimum term of 24 months. During this time, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the period.

For special cases (moving out of Spain, eye surgery, or similar), tell us your situation and we'll work together to find the best solution.

You also have 15 days from delivery to return your glasses if you're not satisfied, and 100 days to exchange them free of charge if they don't quite fit.
