Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Our mission is to extend the life of your glasses, whether they’re ours or from any other brand. We fit prescription lenses or sunglasses into frames from Ray-Ban, Persol, Oakley, or any other brand, as well as into frames you already own. The only thing we check beforehand is that the frame is in good condition and that the lenses can be fitted properly.
How long does it take to replace the windows?
Delivery time varies from 6 to 9 business days, depending on your graduation. If you need it urgently, please see our express service.
Can I change lenses in a frame that is not from Miller & Marc?
Yes. Our mission is to extend the life of your glasses, whether they're ours or from other brands. We can adapt lenses to external frames.
Can I exchange lenses for glasses purchased online? Can I order lenses by email?
Yes. We adapt lenses to frames purchased online. If you don't have a store nearby, write to us at hello@millerandmarc.com to place your order by email and receive instructions tailored to your specific situation.
