Frame repair services
Minor repair: €24
- Changing the rod or some terminal that involves using spare parts.
- Adjustment of particularly damaged mounts (without the need to send it to a workshop but with greater dedication).
- Minor polishing of any scratches that do not involve polishing the entire frame.
Major repair: €34
- Welding of saddle or hinge.
- Welding of plate support.
- Embed hinge.

How do I request a repair?
You can come directly to our stores, or if you'd prefer to be sure we can repair them, send us photos to hello@millerandmarc.com. Please note that, although we do our best, repairs aren't always possible.
If you don't have a store nearby, you can send the product to any of our stores.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can come directly in and the team will assess the repair in a few minutes.
Can I get glasses repaired if I bought them online?
Yes. Send us an email to hello@millerandmarc.com with photos of your glasses and a brief description, and our team will tell you the next steps.
Do the prices include parts and labor?
Yes. The prices quoted include labor and standard parts. If special parts are required, we will inform you before starting.
How long does it take you to repair?
It takes us between 2 and 7 calendar days from receipt, depending on the repair. We will inform you before we begin.
