Annual frame change
Once a year, starting from month 12, you can swap one of your frames for a new one.
If you don't use your change one year, it carries over to the next.
Drop by any Miller & Marc store.

New lenses if your prescription changes
If your eyesight evolves, we change your lenses at no cost when your prescription shifts more than half a step (0.50 dioptres or more).

Frame polish and professional cleaning
Once a year we give them a deeper polish to remove minor surface scratches. Professional cleaning, whenever you ask.

Annual cleaning kit
Microfibre cloth and cleaning solution. A new one every year.
Drop by the store and we'll give it to you.

Calma™ Coverage — Repairs
If you break your glasses, we help you fix them. You pay a co-payment of 3 monthly instalments of the product.
For example: if your pair costs 150 €, that's around 17 €.
Let us know within 14 days at any store or at hello@millerandmarc.com.

Calma™ Coverage — Replacement due to loss, theft or unrepairable damage
If you lose your glasses, they're stolen or can't be repaired, we help you replace them. You pay a co-payment of 6 monthly instalments of the product.
For example: if your pair costs 150 €, that's around 34 €.
Let us know within 14 days at any store or at hello@millerandmarc.com. In case of theft, you'll need to provide the police report.

Your key dates
- Month 12: your first chance to change frames.
- Every 12 months: eye exam and annual polish.
- Every 12 months: new cleaning kit.
- At the end of the main period: you decide whether to continue in Haz que dure™, change, buy or end.
